For all of this to occur, the data from NSW which comprises the foundation spatialdatasets will be required to have a high level of accessibility, reliability, relevance and timeliness for all users.With this in mind in NSW the Comprehensive Property Addressing System (CPAS) program has been established to:* make sure an address is applied that is unambiguous and locatable and will not require change inthe future;* provide a single source of address information for NSW;* streamline processes through reform of the administrative and regulatory frameworks; and,* define clear roles, responsibilities and mechanisms for production, aggregation, publication andusage of address information.
