It shows under each State: First, names of schools which should be added to the corresponding lists (both local and regional) in the bulletin; next, those which should be removed whether because of lowering of standards or voluntary withdrawal, or for any other reason; and last, any changes which should be made in name or address, the listing as it should be at present being shown first, and after that the former listing.
