That is, "out" and "standing". This simply means that among several candidates, you are the only one who stands out strong amidst serious pressures, tensions and all sorts of discouragements. This is why you are OUTSTANDING. You stand out of the multitude. To this extent, you must know basic things that can actually place you above your co-candidates anywhere, anytime, any day. You may have to appreciate your educators by the time you are through with digesting all the principles in this precious tool. You can't hold anyone responsible for your failure; you have yourself to blame.
