Beginning with Chapter 14, each excerpt is carefully placed to align with and enhance the conducting principles developed sequentially throughout The Elements of Expressive Conducting. Thoughtful consideration has been given to the historical context of each excerpt and the diversity of the composers, while keeping the pedagogical considerations as the main objective.
