I began exercising at the age of 5 in my bedroom, in front of a mirror, wearing a cape around my neck. I thought I could do anything! I continued exercising in my bedroom all throughout my teenage years as well. During Spring/Summer, I began setting my dumbbells, barbell, and basketball up outside and exercised in the backyard of my home. Many training techniques I still use today are those I taught myself and learned on my own. Ive had many AWESOME experiences in my life. I owe them all to God and my dedication that began with simple workouts in my bedroom as a child. I hope every child has an opportunity to read this book and be inspired to be a Lil Warrior or their own superhero!!
