In doing this there was also gradually accumulated a good deal of information about the family genealogy; and there is so much satisfaction in knowing one's ancestors - where they settled, lived and died, and what they did, and what became of their descendants - that I have thought it worth while to put into print the prominent parts of this information, together with an abstract of the more impor tant Deeds.
