Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This novel has a rich ornate tapestry and legacy and yet unusual regarding the original Demon's Gate epic. There are several issues that started with the original story that led to the Demon's Gate series as a Trilogy. These stories were entertaining to read the novels and provide a sense that the characters dealt within a constantly changing future in a complex biased environment. And yet the characters would somehow survive by virtue of their character in a realistic geo-political world wrapped with great doubt. As an author, we use each character to balance their actions within the flow of the main story plot. Some writers claim that characters start taking over the story on their own and you will find that the plot can possibly change with each event. This is absolutely true. You can create an author's character that is nice while in others the characters have human frailties and limitations. One reader mentioned about the main characters in 'The Demon's Gate'. She was surprised where one man seemed to be a real rat but turned out to be a good guy while the nice individual had a nasty background that he preferred secret. The secret was that he took part in genocide while fate seemed to have changed both personalities of these characters completely around. As the author, I did not realize this at all until mentioned to me. I had unconsciously acted using these characters to alter the reader's perceptions regarding the character's predictability. This predictability easily revealed how characters can demonstrate their control of a plot. To add spice to the story, you can include aliens with entirely unexpected social behavioral patterns where you can explore these opportunities in any way you wish to your content. Obviously we do not have a reasonable guidepost to discuss the behavior of aliens. The thrill of any writer, however, is to mesmerize the reader as well as keep the intrigue flowing. It is unfortunate that you would look at the end of a novel and find the plot where the writer has to create some closure only to end the story. That unfortunately for a writer is a tragedy. This story starts with the sudden disappearances of people around the world. Basically there is no logic or obvious reason for these disappearances. If anything, no one has any inkling about why they vanished; however, there is some possible connectivity between some of these individuals. Mars is the center of an ambitious man that has the gift of easily accepting people's faith by virtue of his personality. He used his faith and belief to develop a cult and create a costly facility to propagate the strength of his theological beliefs. The problem is that the man uses a Timer that survived from the War of the Orbital Rings; he lasted for over a century. Timers escaped during the War to use escape pods that went back into time. Some of these included UFOs in Roswell as well as a UFO in the Ukraine, pre-wartime Germany and elsewhere. Here, the Timer provides the religious man with some unusual technology. Clearly every man that achieves success and despite his character and ego, there are sometimes limitations and the common fragilities of each man. While Aram's family look for these missing people from Heaven to Hell, the religious man seeks to have planned disasters to predict and create havoc using these notions to blackmail the realm of Martian citizenry. This becomes the center between the struggle of right versus wrong and leads to unexpected problems when these two diverse paths eventually cross and intersect.
