Each lesson is complete and ready-to-use, including objective, new vocabulary, materials needed, teaching note, step-by-step directions, extensions, and one or more reproducible activity sheets. The activity sheets can be used independently ("Dialing the Operator") or as part of a larger unit ("Personal Communication").
