They are not allowed to go outside of the resort. The outside world has special chemicals in the air that they cannot breathe in because of their powers. The invisible barrier surrounding the resort keeps them safe from the chemicals. Jack, the newest teen to the group, wakes up with Amnesia inside the main park. He meets the group and becomes an official member. The CEO of the park tells them they need to push buttons in every ride around the park to restore the shrinking barrier. They soon meet Ryder, a ride operator that tells them Luke, a crazy person who believes there is a button in the mountain that will make him immortal. If he manages to get inside the mountain, everybody in the outside world will be exposed to the deadly chemicals.
