Book excerpt: The International Community should be advised that the Taliban-government is currently in dispute. Due to the Taliban's bad governance, Afghanistan is currently like a lost puppy, which needs protection and safeguarding by the NGO community. As things stand, the Taliban leadership is failing to bring violent extremists and terrorists from IS-K to justice; due to bad governance and of fear of retaliation by Islamic State. To avoid a power vacuum in the region - and a potential civil war - the NGO BTB-Global Peacebuilding will be handling stuff in the meantime; such as domestic policy, foreign policy and human rights issues - so that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) can be restored in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Also, women are being increasingly hunted down and shot dead by Taliban extremists, who have perfected ways to infiltrate women's groups. Hence the International Community must intervene with more pro-active measures, to prevent the abuse and murder of innocent civilians and women - as well as the summary killings of former security forces. It should be noted, that although IS-K and the Taliban are separate organisations, IS-K has done an enormous service to the Taliban - as IS-K's actions are so heinous, they make the Taliban look more moderate. Hence it is imperative that the International Community intervenes with more effective counter-terrorism capabilities and aggressive diplomatic measures; to prevent the killing of innocent civilians and children in Afghanistan - as stipulated by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This includes the US, Pakistan and the EU - which should work together with the International Community to bring violent extremists to justice in the region; so that the children in Afghanistan can live in peace and go to school - in particular girls who are prevented by the Taliban to attend sports, secondary schools and universities - which is unacceptable. The International Community is advised to keep a safe distance from the Taliban-government, until these human rights issues have been resolved, and stability has been restored in the region. In the meantime domestic policy, foreign policy and human rights issues concerning the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan will be handled by the NGO BTB-Global Pecaebuilding - which will involve working together with the CIA, NSA, BND, DGSE, GRU, ISI and MI5 - as well as the Pentagon, the Pakistani government, the UK and the United Nations (UN).
