Book excerpt: The 3rd Global Rehabilitation 2030 meeting was held at WHO headquarters on 10 and 11 July 2023. Since the Rehabilitation 2030: Call for action was launched in 2017, the rehabilitation sector has made significant progress. Over the past 6 years, rehabilitation stakeholders together with WHO have provided technical support to Member States and developed a series of normative guidance and tools that support strengthening rehabilitation in health systems. The 3rd Global Rehabilitation 2030 meeting was an opportunity to review progress of the Rehabilitation 2030 Call for Action so far, as well as to prepare for and coordinate the actions requested in the recent WHA76.6 resolution "Strengthening rehabilitation in health systems" adopted in May 2023. This report summarizes the key discussions, decisions and action points from the meeting.
