He married twice and was the father of at least eleven children. He died at Richmond, Washington County, Rhode Island. His descendants, and those of his nephew, John Lillibridge (ca. 1705-ca. 1768), son of Thomas' brother, Edward Lillibridge, lived in Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, and elsewhere. Descendants spell their name Lillibridge, Lillebridge, Lilliebridge, and Lillybridge.
