Several bad decisions are made resulting in three acts of violence in Albuquerque in the winter of 2012. Seventeen-year-old Cee is connected to the three victims, and the police follow the threads leading to her. However, the truth is more tangled.The Mad Girl asks the question: Can a teen ever escape her mistakes, now that they have become deadly?
