Many times, an invitation can be issued to someone for ministry in the nations but the Visas can be denied by the consulate, which becomes a strong man at the gate. In some instances, people can reach the borders and because of a few technicalities such as lack of a Yellow fever card, suspected to being victims of the pandemic, etc. they can be denied entrance into another nation, which still is a strong man at the gate.
